Ozonatrim Inside and Outside Corner Installation

Tools & Materials Needed:

  • Tape measure
  • Nail Gun with 16 gauge finishing      nails
  • Pencil for marking
  • Manual saw (acceptable) or power      miter saw (recommended for precision)
  • Safety goggles and gloves
  • Utility knife/sandpaper (optional, for smoothing edges

Measure For Corner Section

Measure the height between the chair rail and the baseboard at the installation location. For best results, measure slightly on the plus side to ensure a snug fit.

Cutting OzonaTrim IC (Inside Corner)

 Using a manual or power miter saw, cut the Ozonatrim molding to the measured length. Ensure the angle matches the required corner configuration for a seamless fit.

Before securing the molding, test fit the cut piece in place. Adjust as necessary to achieve a professional, gap-free fit.

Fastening OzonaTrim IC

Using a nail gun and 16-gauge finish nails, secure the molding by nailing at the top, middle, and bottom. Ensure each nail is flush with the surface to avoid gaps or misalignment.

OzonaTrim Can Be Painted If Desired

 Fill nail holes with light spackle or silicone for a smooth finish. If needed, lightly sand the filled areas once dry. Optionally, apply paint or touch-up finish to blend the molding seamlessly with the surrounding décor.

By following these steps, you can achieve a professional and polished installation of Ozonatrim inside and outside corner molding.
